We care for our Faith Church community members and
neighbors! Faith Care Team members make calls and visit people in the hospital, care centers, or at home; they share Communion with those who can't get to worship and

provide caring ministries such as prayer blankets, meals,

and cards.  Talk with a member of our Faith Care Team if you need help getting connected with a particular ministry, outreach or special need.
